As a People-Manager:
Act as finance lead for Patient Solutions and Access Team supporting the Head of PS&A for US OBU. Responsible for providing strategic finance support to the Patient Solutions and Access Team with particular focus on Gross to Net forecasting, strategic pricing and, ensuring appropriate resource allocation of investment to maximize access to the US OBU portfolio.
Leadership member of the PS&A US Oncology team working closely with the Head of PS&A to drive the US OBU patient solutions and access strategy and ensure business success.
Responsible for all Financial Planning and Reporting processes including strategic plans , Budgets, Latest Estimates, and Month/Quarter latest Outlook for PS&A operational costs as well as Gross to Net for wider US OBU.
Strategic partnering with US Oncology Business Franchises, Managed Market Finance, FRA and Oncology Patient Services and Access teams to establish robust gross to net planning process with clear deliverables, timelines and communication plan across the US OBU
Partner with US Oncology Patient Services and Access teams to support strategic price action analytics and oversee the implementation of new product launch pricing proposals and timing with business franchises, managed markets, trade management and other corporate divisions. Gain approvals with senior leadership for consolidation and notification to trade management for implementation.
Evaluate evolving risks & opportunities that may impact the US Oncology business from an Access or Gross to Net perspective, track performance vs. plan, while remaining current on Brand/market demand trends, product inventory, and other relevant analyses/data
Responsible for providing BPA support for PS&A Operational costs and external investment including Digital marketing to enable appropriate resource allocation and support ongoing strategy
Lead Gross to Net and strategic pricing long-term financial planning to support overall US OBU 5 year strategic outlook.
Test & challenge assumptions underlying sales forecasts as they relate to gross to net forecasting, and ensure transparency of those assumptions across US OBU
Develop reporting dashboard focusing on key performance indicators to track gross to net forecast accuracy and support brand access strategies
Identify opportunities for process improvement, and participate in/lead IQP/Lean projects
Manage 1 direct report by providing coaching and feedback to optimize performance. Ensure growth and development of associate through development and execution of robust development plans.

Bachelor required. Discipline in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related if preferred. MBA is a plus.
8 - 12 years of broad financial experience with significant related experience within the pharmaceutical industry is required
US experience is strongly preferred.
Prior direct people management experience is preferred.
Excellent financial analysis skills, advanced modeling and system skills are necessary to identify, present, and challenge key business assumptions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong business acumen are required in order to effectively interact and influence all levels of management
Advanced computer skills with a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data warehousing systems such as BPC, COGNOS (or similar), and SAP
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and disparate teams across function to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Individual should demonstrate leadership capabilities with proven influencing skills
Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance groups
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Understanding of the US pharmaceutical industry and external factors impacting the market
Demonstrated ability to develop long term relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect

Excel power use, and experience with BPC, & SAP a plus
