The Project Manager, iDOCS (Intermediate Document) works with the iDOCS ((Intermediate Document) Chair to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the iDOCS (Intermediate Document) team, to facilitate teamwork and positive team dynamics and to maximize team output.
Operations: Prepare for and facilitate regular iDOCS meetings (agendas, minutes, action items, progress tracking, status reporting, team membership updates) Works with the iDOCS Chair to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the iDOCS team, to facilitate teamwork and positive team dynamics and to maximize team output Accountable for actively leading assigned internal cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of milestones in support of plan Supporting iDOCS chair in the development of iDMT, iDAPS, iDOCS plans and liaise with various line functions in US CDMA Budget oversight, reporting out to team on a regular basis (YTD spend vs. Budget, budget reviews, budget planning) and partnering with finance to monitor the adherence to budgetary cycles Core member of the iDOCS team Deputy for chair in the day-to-day operations of the iDOCS team Strategic Planning: Create detailed strategic plan development process Encouraging strategic focused discussions Evaluates and communicates the probability and impact of risks, develops risk management plans for deliverables Participates in strategic plan development workshops Collates supporting materials and data to support development of annual strategic plans Content preparation for annual strategic plans (writing, synthesizing, and interpreting data in partnership with line function expert) Development and support MSB plan presentation(s) Continued plan development / refinement including post-MSB revision iDOCS/Subteam meeting content synthesis, leading working sessions and executive deck preparation Plan content checklist (data gaps) Plan document flow/layout and content Plan format/template Plan development best practices.
