This role will be responsible for developing HCP engagement and advocacy for brolucizumab, including the development of the peer-to-peer marketing strategy for the brand.
Creates our strategy for KOL advocacy based on knowledge of US Retina market and the role of KOL advocacy within the US Retina community
Works closely with key customer facing organizations when developing the advocacy strategy to gather their input and jointly develop the plan for pull through and assess-ment
Leads strategy development for congress participation, optimization & engagement
Leads development of Peer to Peer marketing content, and ensures that a robust exe-cution plan is developed and executed
Partners to guide selection of all speakers for peer-to-peer programs, and leads efforts to ensure that speakers are trained, proficient and effective.
Develops annual ad-board plan in collaboration with brand peers and other internal part-ners based on brand needs for customer input
Partners closely with Medical team to ensure customer advocacy efforts are aligned
Partners with Insights & Analytics to ensure the capturing of insight and learning to as-sess the effectiveness of our strategies and areas where the strategy needs to evolve
Hires, coaches and develops Sr. Brand Manager(s).
Provides team and brand leadership as a member of the marketing leadership team
Works cross functionally with other key partners to review, update marketing competen-cies and ensure consistency with required skills.

Education (minimum/desirable): Minimum University degree
Desirable: MBA or a professional qualification
Languages: Fluency in English
Experience: 5+ years in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing
Strong knowledge and relationships of key HCP s in the US Retina market strongly preferred
Previous experience in a customer facing role pre-ferred
People leadership with proven ability to coach and develop others for high performance and success
Have worked in cross functional, matrixed environ-ments with demonstrated success in delivering re-sults through collaboration.
Experience launching a new molecule in a competi-tive market a key asset
Strategic thinking, Results oriented, strong team player, strong customer centric mindset, ability to influence wide organization from matrix role, excellent communication skills, ability to manage change, sound analytical skills
