Provide cross-divisional analytics and support for fair market value activities
Maintain processes to remain in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations on fair market value
Maintain compliance with fair market value processes and systems for Novartis operating divisions in the U.S.
Work with the business to provide fair market value analysis and training
Maintain collaborative platforms and shared drive with all processes, business rules and documents relating to fair market value activities
Manage interfaces between the different stakeholders in fair market value
Form networks with cross-divisional teams, updating them on a regular basis on developments and progress made with the fair market value process
Maintain all fair market value Work Process Documents (WPDs) and remain in compliance with all pertinent WPDs
Ensure fair market value compliance with the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) requirements, including documentation and records retention
Work with Director to provide communications and training as needed across the organization
Manage the time and billing of internal and external resources working on fair market value
Assist in implementation of all process and system enhancements projects for fair market value activities

Bachelor s or equivalent 4-Year University degree required, preferably in
Finance/Accounting. MBA or CPA preferred
>7 Years relevant experience in finance, accounting, or economics preferably within Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.
Skills & Competencies
Experience conducting valuations, preferably fair market value analysis of healthcare business, compensation, and various service agreements for management planning and regulatory compliance purposes.
Outstanding influencing, and negotiations skills. Proven track record of ability to influence stakeholders and lead and execute multiple engagements simultaneously
Strong financial modeling skills; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with Director and ED levels, across the organization
Strong customer orientation ability to effectively assess, monitor and analyze different vendor programs
Strong communication and networking skills with an ability to challenge status quo and to propose alternatives
Strong understanding of vendor contracts preferred
