Support the US Pharma organization by providing financial and analytical support for the Medical organization
Provide strong financial support to the US Medical organization across all levels of management including managing resource allocation across Medical Unit portfolios
Interact with leadership and their teams to provide analysis, presentations and recommendations as needed
Provide financial support for all projects in the Medial organization. Ensure proper expense recognition
Update Monthly forecast and manage risk and opportunities dialogue in partnership with the Planning and Reporting Department. Proactively communicate issues, plans and changes in forecast to Planning and Reporting Department. Provide inputs to pre and post close meetings with FSC.
Prepare spend analysis reports and meet monthly with Medical teams to review budgets, actuals, trends, business needs and opportunities
Support Five Year Strategic Planning and Budget/LF process. Liaise with BPA Strategic Planning Department to meet overall US Pharma process and timeline. Develop and review support materials
Actively support the interaction between BPA and clients, maintaining a constructive working partnership

Bachelor s degree, preferably in Finance, CPA preferred
5 to 7 years finance experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals. BPA experience is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate financial information to non-finance groups
Experience collaborating in a cross-functional team environment
Excel power user, and experience with TM1, knowledge of SAP BW and BPC a plus
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and external factors impacting the market
