The Director, Global Access & HEOR Lead, Cell & Gene will be responsible for the development and execution of health economics/outcomes (HEOR) research, pricing and access (P&R) strategies for CTL019 indications.
The Director will be responsible for the following:
Lead the effort in developing and executing HEOR and P&R strategies in assigned indications
Accountable for Market Access perspective and PRO approach being appropriately integrated in the product development, medical affairs and commercial strategy
Develop global tools such as global value dossiers, health economic models, publications, etc. to ensure pricing and market access
Design and implement health economics and outcomes research, real world evidence generation, and accompanying publication plan
Assist country affiliates in their reimbursement negotiations by integrating country-specific needs into the pricing and HE&OR strategy, and by preparing other relevant information such as training on global materials and pricing and negotiation workshops
Lead the development of the global pricing strategy and ensure alignment with global brand team and market access in the top 9 countries and 3 regions

Advanced degree or equivalent education/degree in life science/healthcare required
A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience acquired at pharmaceutical companies, academia, healthcare provider / Payer / HTA, or relevant consultancy companies required
Experience in HEOR research is required
Experience with RWE projects such as leading studies using electronic health records, claims data, and chart review studies is highly preferred
Experience in developing market access and pricing strategy is highly preferred
Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment globally
Must have strong persuasive and clear presentation style and confidence to present at all levels of the organization
Deep understanding of Medical Affairs, HEOR, or related disciplines to generate value evidence from retrospective and prospective studies
Experience in hematology and familiar with Novartis NIS process are preferred
