The Product Manager - Cosentyx is responsible for the implementation and execution of brand strategy, marketing mix and operational plans that ensure that portfolio opportunity is maximized in short and long term.
Association Relations and brand sponsorship liaison to build and cultivate premium partnerships with HCP customers to create superior brand presence
Partner with internal conventions management team for brand oversight of congress presence
Manage day to day operations and the suppliers assigned to product theatres/advisory boards/speakers bureau and to ensure programs are executed successfully
Manage FMV for all product theatres /advisory boards/speakers bureau programs
Work with Digital Marketing Team on Cosentyx print/digital media partnerships with top publications and periodicals
Provide convention management experience and contribute in the development of strategic partnerships and manage convention budget
Support the Associate Director, P2P with strategic direction of the external/internal campus program management including thought leadership for the strategic plan, program goals and quarterly business reviews
Support the Professional Relations/Regional Teams/Marketers with the congress/budget/speaker bureau planning needs
Develop promotional sponsorships, messages, programs and communication tools in partnership with vendors and strategic partners
Assist Associate Director, P2P with key customers, speakers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL s) as needed to ensure creation and seamless roll out of high impact, high value programs
Maintain and establish Association partnerships to best position Novartis/Cosentyx
Manage and coordinate the work of ad agency, medical education partners and various external vendors including acquiring necessary budget estimates, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
Effectively interact with sales force to understand needs and handle requests as needed
Communicate brand performance and strategies effectively to senior management, when needed
Budget responsibility including project creation, spend, reconciliation and developing metrics to monitor effectiveness and/or program success
Monitor and assess competitive activity at congresses and identify brand needs
Travel to conventions to represent the Cosentyx Marketing team and continue to cultivate the partnership established between the Associations and KOLs

3-5 years industry experience (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business related discipline). Bachelor s Degree preferred.
2+ years pharmaceutical in-line marketing experience, preferred
Preferred convention management experience with focus on Association relations including customer facing experience.

Previous experience in sales, sales management, or account management preferred
