To develop and execute Digital Marketing plans to support I&D franchise business objectives.
Business Partnering/Strategic Planning Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand s strategic priorities. Partner with Brand Teams and Franchise leader-ship in the development of the Digital Strategic and Tactical plan aligned with the brand priorities. Partner with Digital Marketing CoE leads to identify effective digi-tal tactics for the brand/franchise to support business objectives. Advice and influ-ence brand team on strategic options for Digital customer engagement to optimize investment. Drive cross portfolio and cross channel view of HCPs and Payer s by indication / products.
Interface with Global Digital Medicines and Digital Marketing teams: Work closely with Global teams to identify and implement Global solutions to fulfil needs of the US market. Represent US at the global Digital franchise team.
Plan Execution/Budget Management - Lead the development and execution of the brand Digital marketing budget of approximately $10m to $15m across the core five HCP platforms. Lead the implementation of Brand digital tactics by col-laborating with Digital Marketing CoE and Commercial IT.
Innovation/Vendor Management - Interface with Digital Service Providers (agencies) and vendors (EMR / EHR, HCP content providers etc.) to develop in-novative solutions for the brands and franchises to establish a strategic ad-vantage.
Metrics/Performance management Ensure proper KPI identification and the development of the performance measurement plans for digital tactics to drive in-vestment decisions. Develop, manage, and update dashboards to track digital KPI / metrics.
Leading Teams Lead high performing teams by influencing key stakeholders medical affairs, market access, operations, market research, regulatory, legal, ad-vocacy and other functions on innovative digital tactics.

Fluent English (written and spoken)
> 5 Year experience working in digital marketing area is required
Marketing experience (10 to 15 years) in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Packaged Goods or Financial industry
Experience in strategy and/or client services (e.g. agency, consultancy, Consumer packaged goods, financial) considered a plus
Demonstrated business expertise and knowledge (business acumen) and the ability to consult internally and/or externally
Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across a matrix organization
Demonstrated prioritization, organizational, analytical and research skills as well as the ability to conceptualize more complex issues and work on complex processes, procedures or solutions
Administrative management skills - planning, organization, operational decision making and analysis.
Demonstrated experience in working with others to achieve organizational objectives including the ability to anticipate and adapt, own and or/work group tactics to support changing business needs
Demonstrated strong skills in oral and written communication, project management
