The Trade Return Goods Coordinator is responsible for the data entry functions of the Trade Operations group. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for Third Party Logistic Company inquiries pertaining to RA issuance and returned products. This role supports the Trade Analyst and Manager.
Responsible for entering Return Authorizations (RA) within NPC policies and following up with 3rd parties as necessary
Utilizes CRM (Salesforce.com) to retrieve workload and document all customer channel communications
Primary point of contact for 3PL (Third Party Logistics Companies)
Handles all RA issues as it relates to customer or product before RA issuance
Handles all RA issues as it relates to the customer or product once product is returned to the warehouse (3PL Queue)
Work with Warehouse manager and returns team on issues regarding product returned back with missing RA data elements
Provides support to Trade Analysts as needed
Order processing ensures accurate and timely processing of all orders in SAP
Maintenance and updating of Indirect Customer Master Data

Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry specifically trade operations, sales and distribution or customer support
Good problem solving, decision making, verbal and written skills
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
Sense of urgency
Works well independently
Computer literacy is required, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
