Lead Planning and Reporting Group for the $6B US Pharma business responsible for the budget and planning process, consolidation of all financial results, reporting, cash flow, and financial systems support.
Lead and manage the overall US Pharma yearly Budget process and monthly update process, interacting with Franchise BPA, functional area BPA, Managed Markets Finance and the Financial Service center for input.
Assist in the management of sales forecasts in coordination with Franchise BPA and Managed Markets Finance. Inform Senior management of monthly, quarterly, and full year risks and opportunities
Liaise with all finance stakeholders in order to manage changes in expense plans. Consolidate and provide insightful expense risks and opportunities and recommend action plans in order to achieve targets.
Interact with US Pharma leadership, global HQ, and their teams to provide analysis, presentations and recommendations as needed. Contribute to departmental or ad-hoc initiatives, as needed
Consolidate monthly financial results and provide appropriate monthly reporting to senior management.
Manage cash flow for the Pharma legal entity
Provide price/volume and stock in trade analysis for US Pharma brands in coordination with offshored resources.
Manage team by provide coaching and feedback to optimize performance.
Ensure growth and development of team through development and execution of robust development plans
Coordinate and prepare Investor Relations package on a quarterly basis
Provide financial systems support (BPC and TM1) for the US Pharma business

Bachelor s degree, preferably in Finance, MBA preferred
10+ years finance experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships and work collaboratively across finance function
Ability to manage complexity/ambiguity
Ability to lead a team in a challenging environment
Demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level finance leaders
