Director - Strategy & Ops, Oncology (Solid Tumor) Franchise

Drives the strategy processes for the Global Oncology (Solid Tumor) Franchise Leadership Teams. Leads operational planning and performance monitoring. Project manages key cross-franchise projects and initiatives as well as provides ongoing thought leadership to the Franchise Leadership Team leaders.
Serve as core member of global Franchise Leadership Teams
Drives process for DAS & IDAPS (integrated disease and product strategy) at Franchise level, coordinating with Franchise teams
Serve as in-house advisor and consultant on all strategic key Franchise decisions & project manages key franchise initiatives
Manage global operational activities for Franchise Leadership team meetings (2x or 3x per month for ~2 hours per) invites, agendas, document prepara-tion, minutes, & key follow-ups
Coordinates with manager of DSC to include relevant franchise agenda items and drive preparation of Franchises for these meetings.
Monitors & reports on Franchise cross-functional performance (monthly performance scorecard and IDAPS tactical execution) & key customer insights
Works together with other Strategy & Operations lead to develop and share best practices and ensure FLT operational excellence
Key interfaces include FLT members from: Global Marketing, Global Value & Access, GDD, OMA, ECS, Regions, etc.

Education: University degree with an advance degree in science and/or business preferred - MBA/ PhD
Languages: Fluent in English, Fluency in any other international language would be advantageous
5-10 years experience in pharmaceutical industry
Experience in Consulting or in related fields, with focus on Pharma
Strong project management skills, experience at driving global projects at the Business Unit level, preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent analytical ability
International Experience preferred
Proven ability to drive, collaborate, influence and operate across, functions, cultures and geographies
Proven Leadership ability, strategic thinking and project management skills
10% travel requirement
