Support the US Pharma organization by providing financial and analytical support for the Patient Access & Health Policy and Communications/Patient Advocacy functions.
Update Monthly Rolling forecast updates and manage risk and opportunities dialogue in partnership with the Planning and Reporting Department. Proactively communicate issues, plans and changes in forecast to Planning and Reporting Department. Provide inputs to pre and post close meetings with FSC.
Prepare spend analysis reports and meet monthly with cost center managers to review budgets, actuals, trends, business needs and opportunities.
Support Five Year Strategic Planning and Budget/LF process. Liaise with BPA Strategic Planning Department to meet overall US Pharma process and timeline. Develop review support materials.
Provide financial support for all ongoing projects in the Patient Access & Health Policy and in Communications including Patient Advocacy, Philanthropy and Digital Medicines functions.
Interact with leadership and their teams to provide analysis, presentations and recommendations as needed.
Actively support the interaction between BPA and clients, maintaining a constructive working partner-ship.

Bachelor s degree, preferably in Finance, MBA preferred
5+ years finance experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals. BPA experience is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate financial information to non-finance groups
Strong Business Partnering Skills Ability to develop trusting relationships and manage conflict productively
Experience collaborating in a cross-functional team environment
Excel power use, and experience with TM1, knowledge of SAP BW a plus
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and external factors impacting the market
