The successful candidate for this role will be a critical member on the melanoma (TAFINLAR+MEKINIST) global launch team and be specifically responsible for supporting countries in our efforts for optimized BRAF Diagnostics.
Major Accountabilities :
Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders on Global Melanoma Marketing Team, Medical Affairs Team, Value & Access Team and Early Commercial Strategy - Companion Diagnostics team to help optimize the testing environment
Actively engage with key country and regions to ensure strong local CDx plans are cocreated, in place and executed. Integrated Disease And Product Strategy (IDAPS) plans and be prepared to effectively present these strategies and tactical plans for support/endorsement by senior management
Ensure development of strategy and execution for appropriate disease education and awareness programs to support broad utilization of BRAF mutation testing of appropriate patient population
Build relationships to gain relevant key insights with Global Melanoma, laboratory, and pathology medical experts to support optimal CDx strategy and tactics
Work closely with global Melanoma indication leads on patient related initiatives and align with regions / countries on prioritized activities

BA/BS required. Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, MS, MD) preferred. English
10 plus years in a country, region, or global role on a brand or strategy consulting experience required
5 years of oncology experience is desired
Strong science background and formal training along with experience in clinical or basic research is highly preferred. Experience with laboratory testing and/or CDx test development preferred
Significant background and/or training in analytical sciences or related areas highly preferred
Background in strategy, development and/or management of compounds with molecular targets preferred
Marketing Operational Skills: Knowledge of and ability to effectively apply basic marketing operating capabilities (e.g., budget planning & management, tactical planning, communication with stakeholders, medical expert engagement, promotional material development ) used in the execution of marketing plans
Imports and Exports Good Ideas: Relentlessly seeks shares and adopts ideas and best practices in and outside the Company and embraces change introduced by others
