The Sr.PM/AD Product Management will participate as a key member of the CAR-T (CTL019) brand team. You will work with other brand team members to provide strategic leadership and tactile actions to successfully launch CTL019 and help determine strategy for future indications. You will work closely with global, local and field teams to enable superb tactical implementation of brand promotional & medical education strategies. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of the strategic business plan, tactical program development & implementation, and ROI assessment. The candidate will have extensive experience and relationships with key stakeholders including external agencies, key thought leaders and other internal/external customers. The candidate will routinely work closely with internal support functions including business analytics/market research, sales training, e-business, health economics, legal, regulatory, compliance and medical communications. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to budget management, assessment of new opportunities, market development planning.

BA/BS degree required. Business or science discipline required. An MBA with a focus in marketing or equivalent experience is desirable. A minimum of 3 years marketing and/or marketing operations experience required that includes product management, market research or advertising. Sales or Sales Training experience without marketing experience will be hired at a Sr. Product Manager level.
Previous Hematology/Oncology experience is desirable. The incumbent must possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical/strategic thinking abilities. 25% travel is a requirement of this position
