The incumbent will be responsible for HCP and Consumer marketing activities and be a key member of the CAR-T (CTL019) brand team. The Associate Director / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for HCP marketing programs, development and execution of consumer marketing plans, implementation monitoring of marketing activities along with A&P budget management. The position requires close collaboration with the medical functions (US CD&MA, scientific communication, medical information, HEOR), Global marketing, Business Analytics/Market Research, Sales Training, Field sales (Account Management and Hematology field force), Manufacturing (Morris Plains), Managed Markets, regulatory, Compliance, etc. The incumbent is responsible for developing and optimizing peer-to-peer initiatives including educational speaker program strategy and speaker bureau management. Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with Lymphoma clinical experts is also critical, as maintaining a strong external focus is crucial in this position.
This position will work with other brand team members to provide strategic leadership and tactile actions to successfully prepare for and launch CTL019 and help determine strategy for future indications. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of the strategic business plan, tactical program development & implementation, and ROI assessment.

BA/BS degree required. A minimum of 3 years marketing and/or marketing operations experience required that includes product management, market research or advertising. Sales or Sales Training experience without marketing experience will be hired at a Sr. Product Manager level. An MBA with a focus in marketing or equivalent experience is desirable
Previous Hematology/Oncology experience is desirable. The incumbent must possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical/strategic thinking abilities.
~25-50% travel is a requirement of this position, particularly during the site engagement and launch period.
