Responsible for achievement of business objectives at assigned accounts/vendors.
Oversees assigned program including: vendor management, operational workflows, process improvement, operational excellence, designing & applying performance metrics, contact centers, reimbursement distribution and specialty pharmacy operations, and managing associated budgets.
Functions as an integral part of the PSS team. Ensures planning and execution in achieving business objectives and targets, and cross functional alignment with key stakeholders.
Performs quarterly vendor business reviews to identify program successes and opportunities for improvement. Provides quarterly recommendations in the areas of:
o Process improvement
o Cost efficiencies and/or cost avoidance
o Quality of services provided to Client by external suppliers.
Project manages any program implementation/enhancement through the entire process; may include Governance Board and/or MAP submissions and POP oversight.
Continuously evaluates program processes and implement identified improvements.
Coordinates and aligns multiple vendors assigned to various programs.
Manages contracts/task orders and associated budgets, including planning and forecasting
Coordinates and aligns with internal stakeholders.
Manages vendor quality and adherence to program metrics, including complaint tracking and resolution and internal dashboard reporting.

Bachelor s Degree, preferably in healthcare or business/public administration.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
8+ years background in Patient Services preferred (including specialty pharmacy distribution & capabilities, and managed care knowledge).
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and critical thinking skills. Ability to think strategically while balancing several complex agendas.
Vendor management, program management and project management experience preferred.
Contract/task order writing and management of the complete contract lifecycle.
Knowledge of HIPAA and OIG rulings that impact Patient Services.
Ability to develop, apply and present on required reporting elements.
Excels at interacting with all levels of management.
Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
