As an important member of the Patient and Specialty Services (PSS) Operations team, this individual s responsibility will include supporting the Patient Services Liaisons (PSLs) Leadership & Operational team in achieving key business objectives and growth targets through the management and coordination of business critical work streams and events. Key job duties include planning, coordinating and managing strategy and PSL operations, including implementation and ongoing maintenance of initiatives from PSS, PSL, Brand, Sales and Training. Operates with a solutions oriented mindset, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, executive presence, and proactively takes initiative to problem solve.
Accountable for proactively monitoring business performance and execution (including field force key indicators); recommending business solutions and course correction tactics as needed to drive performance, develops reporting mechanisms and key indicators to clearly communicate Field Force performance utilizing strong analytical skills
Work with PSS Strategy & Operations to optimize and simplify reports
Lead for analyzing and interpreting data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contests and brand initiatives and making recommendations to Head PSLs on strategy and tactics necessary to meet expectations, improve performance, increase productivity, and identify issues/opportunities and solutions
This includes working closely on these initiatives with the PSS analytics team.
Liaise and work with Brand and Field Leadership to design, implement and track field-driven innovation programs
Support the operational effectiveness of PSL Leadership for the Franchise
Creates and manages processes to streamline workflow, adapts to continuous changes, prioritizes tasks, and stays ahead of the planning process and employs project plan tracking to ensure projects stay on task and timelines are met.
Assist in coordination & support of the field force in tactical execution and projects including: Brand Communications & Tactical roll out, training requirements and coordination of National Sales Meetings including Launch Meetings and Business Review Meetings.
This position will require long hours and ability to work under tight timelines

5+ years of commercial related experience
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and analytical software, such as Tableau, Spotfire, etc.
Balance between strong customer facing skills/experience and analytical skills
Demonstrates strong competencies in analytics, operations, execution and project management
Knowledge of internal organizational process and procedures
Sales or Patient Services management/ leadership experience
Positive attitude, resilience and adaptability
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of strategies, plans and tactics to achieve business objectives
Excellent business/commercial acumen needed; demonstrates ability to self-start, initiate and to deal with ambiguities
Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization
Uses diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team structure; maintain strong cross-functional ties with key business partners
Proven track record of developing and managing multiple tasks
