Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of brand strategy and operational plans. This individual will lead the development of the peer to peer medical education and expert engagement that supports the brand strategy our HCPs education needs.
Develop the brand s scientific story and medical education platform
Brand lead for Peer to Peer content development (branded and unbranded), speaker development and speaker bureau management
Build the brand s annual congress plan to pull through on our communication strategy and medical education objectives, including the management of the commercial booth, symposia, and engagement activities
Identify the Brand s needs for consulting and lead the development and execution of commercial advisory boards
Work closely with the Director of Professional Relations to define and execute the medical expert engagement plan
Identify innovative opportunities that meet our customers evolving educational needs
Identifies market insights using market research, competitive intelligence, and understanding of disease areas
Identifies trends, opportunities and threats for erenumab and proposes corresponding measures
Ensures appropriate tactical mix balancing return on investment and impact to brand.
Provides strategic direction to professional agencies to optimize marketing mix.

The applicant must possess a strong background in Pharmaceuticals, a high level of analytical and conceptual ability in order to provide strategic focus to the brand, and demonstrate a proven track record of strong execution and results. The ideal candidate will be proficient at uncovering customer based insights and leveraging this knowledge to drive brand strategy and program development. Additional requirements include the ability to lead and manage teams and multiple vendors. 30% travel is required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferably with a concentration in Marketing). MBA or related Masters Degree preferred
Preferred operational marketing experience with focus on product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience; launch experience preferred
Previous experience in migraine, pain or biologics preferred
Strong customer focus and persistency to appropriately meet customer needs
Excellent quantitative abilities and excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) are a must
Proven ability to use analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of marketing plans to achieve business results in a self-directed manner.
Proven track record of strong execution and results
Experience in establishing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the market
Exceptional use of time management, planning, organizational, selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well across a matrix organization with strong collaboration skills to support the co-promote efforts
