o Communications and collaboration coordinator role for executive IT team
o Develop digital communication templates (newsletters, yammer communication campaigns, webinars)
o Assist in creating a strategy for team building and team collaboration for a globally dispersed virtual team
o Assist in running IT communication campaigns via social tools (Yammer)
o Produce and edit IT stakeholder video interviews to be published via internal communication channels previous experience with video production and editing preferred
o Past website and SharePoint design experience is a plus
This summer internship assignment will be supporting a special project.
Novartis s 10-12 week summer internship program provides real-world work experience to university students. Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week during the length of their internship, unless otherwise specified by their manager. In addition to work assignments and projects, Novartis/Alcon also provides the students career development and networking opportunities throughout the duration of the summer internship program.

Current graduate student enrolled in an accredited university
