Responsible to develop, coordinate and implement strategic business plan and brand plan tactics in the Region, ensuring cross-functional coordination (sales, marketing, USMM, and home office) and developing specific local initiatives aligned with disease areas brand strategic imperatives to drive business growth based on local customer in-sights. Key Novartis contact with Regional KOLs. Ensures excellence in execution of key marketing strategies and tactics, in alignment with the brand team, maximizing the brand value proposition delivered to main KOLs and other key stakeholders in the Region. Delivers innovative projects to improve the management of the diseases in their Regions.
Develop overall strategy focusing on Identified Regional KOLs and key customers to create access, partnership opportunities to advance the business and pull through marketing initiatives both short term and long term.
Ensure ME commercial engagement plan implementation in the Region for Derm and Rheum. Build key business relationships with KOLs, key influencers and decision makers to network across organization and collaborate on key initiatives.
Develop a close collaboration with Professional Relations Directors to ensure KOL management plans are implemented in the Region.
Drive new way to interact with customers. Leverage customer insight and knowledge of influence network and affiliations (i.e. payers, societies) to further initiatives in or-der to improve the disease management in their Regions.
Facilitate the education of KOLs and key customers on Novartis products and ser-vices (e.g. patient support services and reimbursement)
Coordinates all commercial field activities of key brand tactics in the Region, ensuring sales team delivers consistently the brand value proposition for Derm and Rheum.
Deliver local/regional Derm and Rheum programs, including marketing partnership opportunities at key meetings.
Works closely with the Cosentyx Derm and Rheum marketing team to pullthrough brand strategy and implement programs at the local level
Identify potential NVS speaker and manage utilization.
Supports the Regional Directors in defining Regional plans including planning and followup of main brand plan tactics implementation as well as bottom-up local projects and activities to drive business growth.
Analyses and reports execution implementation KPIs and provides feedback to HQ brand team in order to ensure customer feedback is incorporated in the brand strate-gic discussions.
Is a main contributor in the field ATM meetings.

Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
Strong business background
Five years pharmaceutical sales experience, minimum 2 in hospital or specialty sales, 3 years in account and/or 2 years sales management experience
