The Associate Director of Marketing is responsible for Ciprodex brand marketing initiatives including the planning and execution. The job exists to comprehensively manage all facets of professional marketing through the execution of a marketing plan that includes all promotional messaging, activities, product tactics, and revenue/profit/market share goals. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, field and multichannel lead.
Achieve Ciprodex brand financial objectives driven by professional promotion and flawless execution
Implement and measure KPIs to optimize and adjust plans and optimize marketing mix
Ensure strong liaison with professional/commercial multichannel marketing lead and ensure overall brand strategy is being executed
Ensure ESS/VSS co-pay and sampling from all activities are executed seamlessly
Implement and manage speaker events and L&Ls , conventions
Execute marketing growth strategies to achieve revenue goal
Solicit and interpret customer feedback to form strategic insights
Leads development and evolution of core creative/messaging and marketing campaign
Have a field presence (min 1 day/month) to identify gaps in customer needs and provides solutions to overcome barriers
Responsible for effective communication with the field working closely with the field leadership team
Ensures appropriate tactical mix balancing return on investment and impact to brand.
Acts as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies.
Provide input into annual strategic and financial planning process
Defines targeting strategy, positioning and messaging across all customer groups.

Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, life sciences or related discipline
English both written and spoken
3+ years of US operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience (2 years at least). Understanding of OTIC therapeutic area including knowledge of key stakeholders along the continuum of care is preferred
Excellent quantitative abilities and excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) are a must.
Proven ability to use analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of marketing plans to achieve business results in a self-directed manner
Exceptional use of time management, planning, organizational, selling and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated marketing acumen and business aptitude
High degree of customer focus
Outstanding level of drive, and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
