Executive Administrative Assistant
Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing executive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, General Counsel and executive team. The successful candidate will manage the CEO, CFO and Executive s team schedule. Requires the ability to quickly pick up on various IT systems to support data exports and various reporting tools in support of the executive team; an analytical mind and high attention to detail is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties shall include coordination and scheduling of meeting, travel and conference calls; financial record keeping; development of presentation, communications, and various agendas; management of various mailings, and working on high confidential projects.
Manages executive team calendars and independently schedules appointments, receives guests on behalf of CEO, CFO and executive team as necessary.
Responsible for planning corporate events, scheduling international travel, and handling corporate communication.

Education & Qualifications Bachelor s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience supporting senior management.
Previous experience in a Legal department, pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, and/or corporate communications experience is desired.
Senior level administrative and legal support experience; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe.
Maintains a professional attitude, capable of efficiently prioritizing work load, and demonstrates the ability to proficiently interact with other managers and departments in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, and must be able to handle multiple projects and responsibilities at a given time.
Previous experience with Concur strongly preferred.
