Responsible for the complete business ownership for Operations in Cardiovascular Franchise (CVF), focusing on strategic planning, budgets, and tactical administration to ensure that CVF achieves busi-ness objectives and targets.
Lead CVF in establishing annual objectives through collaborative approach that delivers SMART (spe-cific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timebound) annual plan.
Assess and challenge all departmental processes with an eye towards innovation and operational ex-cellence, while adhering to regulatory compliance.
Drive the optimal organizational design and structure through deployment and alignment models for optimal customer coverage that streamlines coordination, decision making and communication across multiple functions.
Responsible for all business operations such as overall operations budget and PSME expenditures, including vendor management and negotiations.
Arrange logistics for national meetings & awards (location, AV, agenda, presentations)
Manage launch readiness, equipping the Sales and Account Management teams to engage custom-ers through enhanced knowledge, training, tools and technology.
Establish and manage the annual calendar that optimizes department participation and attendance to strategic internal and external customer meetings. Lead the scheduling and execution of internal de-partment leadership team meetings.
Lead and be viewed as a strategic thought partner to the business for insight generations / key find-ings capabilities; effectively influence stakeholders and communicate findings cross-functionally to secure management action.
Leverage significant market, competitor, industry and cross-functional business knowledge to foresee and manage potential business challenges /opportunities
Influence overall business strategy and decisions within own department and with key stakeholders, and drive business impact by constantly aligning with business top and bottom line objectives.
Consult partners and peers on key industry and leading practices and help solve complex issues and provide strategic direction by keeping a perspective and balance on external and internal view. Make strategic investments by allocating resources according to departmental and organizational priorities.
Define new ways to leverage the organization s resources to support needs of the business enterprise.

Bachelor s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of operations management experience, plus 3-4 years of Healthcare experience, finance and analytical experience a plus
Demonstrated experience analyzing complex situation and processes and effectively integrating and synthesizing the data to form a complete cohesive picture
Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind
