As an important member of the Cardiovascular Systems of Care (SoC) Account Management team, this individual s responsibility will include supporting the SoC Leadership & field team in achieving key business objectives and sales targets through creation and management of all critical operations, processes, and systems.
Key job duties include setting up and managing key processes, operations, systems and reports for the newly created SoC Account Management team. This individual will coordinate and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness and Sales Training.
This role will include key direct responsibilities, including:
Lead the creation and management of key processes and operations for the SoC Account Management team
Collaborate closely with CV Sales Operations team to ensure strategic and operational alignment and efficiencies
Implement and track field-driven innovation programs; work with field-based project teams to design and implement key innovation initiatives
Support the operational effectiveness of SoC Account Management team
Streamline workflow, adapts to continuous changes, prioritizes tasks, and stays ahead of the planning process
Assist in coordination & support the field force in tactical execution and projects including: Brand Communications & Tactical roll out, training requirements and coordination of National Sales Meetings including Business Review Meetings
Work with key business partners across functions to ensure appropriate support levels for SoC Account Management operations
Lead or co-lead special Initiatives and projects to drive key business results (through strong project planning and management)

Five years plus of commercial sales related experience
Experience in developing reports and working with sales/performance data
Demonstrates strong competencies in operations, execution and project management
Knowledge of internal organizational process and procedures
Sales or account management/ leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of strategies, plans and tactics to achieve business objectives
Excellent business/commercial acumen needed; demonstrates ability to self-start, initiate and to deal with ambiguities
Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization
Uses diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team structure; maintain strong cross-functional ties with key business partners
Proven track record of developing and managing multiple tasks
