EPM Scientific are seeking a Dynamic Strategic Lead and Stakeholder Manager for arguably the most exciting top 5 Pharma Company in the world right now.

Based in Zug Area, this is a rare opportunity to work with leading figures of the national and global sales teams across multiple therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular and Endocrinology within the global pharmaceuticals sector. Multiple new product launches requiring the support of an experienced sales manager to oversee Sales/Marketing/Strategy and engage with the Swiss market.

Operating at a national level, the sales manager will play a strategic role in sales across multiple products, driving customer engagement and giving this client an edge over its competitors.
Key Responsibilities
  • A highly dynamic role designing a full sales strategy for a national market across a range of therapeutic areas.
  • Working closely with KOL’s and country leads to secure sales in multiple national markets.
  • A hands-on cross functional management role coordinating the efforts of sales teams across Switzerland.
  • Operating as a market focused contact for multiple therapeutic areas and acting as an ambassador for the company and its products.
  • Defining strategic roadmaps and ensuring their implementation follows the company’s global standard.

Key attributes:
  • Degree educated
  • Record of experience in successful sales management within the life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated leadership at a national level
  • Strong understanding of European pharmaceutical markets
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Experience in market access in Primary care appreciated
