A global leading CMO is looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director of Manufacturing to drive the design, implementation, and management of new manufacturing activities that will become company protocol on a global scale. The Senior Manager/Associate Director of Manufacturing will have the following responsibilities:

 


The Sr. Manager/Associate Director will be responsible for leading the day to day production of various activities within the department including but not limited to tech transfer, clinical, and commercial activities. The selected individual will report directly into the Head of Emerging Technologies operations and play a pivotal part in the company’s plans for new manufacturing activities and processes. A large function of the role will be to partner with the QA team to ensure GMP compliance in all areas of manufacturing.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
  • 10+ years experience in GMP regulated environment
  • Extensive experience working in Aseptic/Fill finish
  • Proven track record Budgeting & Cost Variance Management
  • Excellent leadership skills
