Complaints to the Pharmacy Must Be Submitted Via Injection

A Doctor tells me that he handed a prescription to his patient for an injectable and told them to go get it filled at the pharmacy and bring it back to the office so they could give it to her.

The patient returned and the doctor asked her where the medication was, to which she replied, "I took it on the way here."

She then told him she was going to write a letter of complaint to the company. She said, "The lid on that little vial was way too hard to get off and that the stuff tasted terrible.
