Top 10 Pharmaceutical Company with a location in Cambridge MA is seeking a contract Clinical Contract Analyst to join their team.
Job Description:
The ideal Contracts Analyst will be an analytically oriented team player with demonstrated financial/acquisition/ clinical contracting experience (Intern/co-op experience acceptable) and the ability to synthesize information quickly and present/summarize conclusions and recommendations. Previous Clinical Research, CRO, or Finance experience is a plus. Candidate needs to have superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and strong project planning and management skills with a drive to meet deadlines. A strong desire to succeed and advance professionally in the Contracting organization along with the willingness to go the extra mile while working with potential and current clients. Candidate should, and know when, to seek guidance and offer suggestions on increasingly complex issues; needs to be innovative, proactive, and motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong desire to succeed. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) is required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have Site Contracts and Budgets experience. Oncology experience is very important and if they have oncology site mgmt experience that would be a huge plus, as this person will be negotiating mostly with Oncology sites, so they have to be very sharp and detail oriented with strong Excel skills. Willing to look at someone with more of a clinical background (i.e a sr level CTA, or jr to mid level RSM type).
